Job summary

Qualifications

• Read wire diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to assemble cable systems.
• Interpret and follow drawings for wire harness assembly and quality.
• Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Read wire diagrams, blueprints and schematics for cable assembly.
• Assemble wires into cables and harness systems per schematic drawings.
• Wrap and tie wires at designated points to form harness.
• Assemble electrical components, systems and/or subsystems.
• Solder parts or connections between parts.
• Measure wires and finished cable assemblies for quality.
• Solder, wrap, and coat wires to ensure proper installation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
