Job summary

Ultra PCS in Manhattan, Kansas, is seeking an Electronics Assembly and Test Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role involves building, inspecting, and testing new products with a focus on quality and precision. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., with occasional overtime. The candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling feedback from quality inspectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work well with others in a team.
• Ability to professionally handle critical feedback from inspectors and management.
• Dedication to quality and precision of work.

Responsibilities

• Place small electronic components onto printed circuit boards with precision.
• Solder electronic components onto PCBs.
• Conduct visual inspections of components and assemblies.
• Apply epoxies, coatings and silicone to assemblies.
• Install hardware using handheld tools.
• Maintain and track production documentation.
• Keep workbench and equipment organized and maintained.
• Perform other related electronics manufacturing tasks as assigned.
