VIAVI Solutions Inc. in Rapid City, SD is seeking a US-based Manual Assembly / Soldering & Housing (MASH) Electronics Assembler to build miniature PCB assemblies and set up auto-assembly machines.

You will also test and visually inspect assemblies and ensure quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of electronics assembly experience, can solder under a microscope, read assembly instructions, and troubleshoot products.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ electronics assembly experience with hand soldering miniature components.
• Ability to solder high density miniature circuits under a microscope.
• Read and understand assembly instructions; troubleshoot products.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble miniature cable assemblies and SMT/through-hole components.
• Operate Auto Assembly Equipment and soldering tools.
• Inspect assemblies and ensure quality with microscope inspection.
• Follow computer-based documentation and procedures.
• Assist in inventory audit.
