Job summary

Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) seeks an Electronics Assembler in Camarillo, CA to build, inspect, and document electronic products and subassemblies for high-reliability markets. You will follow drawings, BOMs, and approved processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have exposure to IPC workmanship and experience with assembly in regulated environments, with a readiness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Read and follow written work instructions and manufacturing docs.
• Interpret assembly drawings and production documentation.
• Perform data entry and use manufacturing systems.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Be able to work under magnification and use precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products and subassemblies from drawings and BOMs.
• Install components, hardware, cables, and assemblies meeting specs.
• Operate hand/power tools and microscopes safely and effectively.
• Perform in-process inspections to verify conformance to specs.
• Document production travelers and manufacturing records accurately.
