Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics Fort Walton Beach is seeking an Electronic Assembler II-IV to join our manufacturing team on a 1st shift or 2nd shift schedule. The role involves assembling circuits, wiring, and subassemblies to military and aerospace standards using blueprints and instructions.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will perform skilled soldering, cable assembly, and inspection, with opportunities to cross-train on multiple products and adhere to safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of assembly experience in manufacturing, IPC/J-STD soldering experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; good reading comprehension.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies to drawings and standards.
• Perform soldering, cable assembly, masking/de-masking, crimping, and inspection.
• Cross-train to work on at least 2 products and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and company training.
