Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Assembly Technician to join the Production Team. You will build, align, and troubleshoot high-precision electro-optical systems, following complex drawings and stringent processes.

Role requires 5+ years in precision electro-mechanical environments, ability to interpret engineering documentation, and lifting up to 50 lbs. U.S. Secret clearance eligibility is required, with AS9100/ISO9001 familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in precision electro-mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and SOPs.
• Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, torque gauges).
• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds for short periods and obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, integrate, and rework electro-optical and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and final systems.
• Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, schematics, and production schedules with high accuracy.
• Complete production routers, travelers, inspection records, and NCRs in real time.
• Set up and operate standard mechanical hand tools, torque equipment, optical test gear, and precision measuring tools.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Optical, and Quality Engineers to improve assembly procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace adhering to ESD and 5S standards.
