Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a skilled Assembly Technician to join our Production Team. You will assemble, inspect, and troubleshoot complex electro-optical systems in a high-precision environment.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in precision electro-mechanical manufacturing, reading engineering drawings and SOPs, and familiarity with metrology tools. Eligible for a U.S. security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in precision electro-mechanical manufacturing or aerospace.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and SOPs.
• Proficient with precision metrology tools and tight tolerance work.

Responsibilities

• Build, align, integrate, and rework electro-optical sub-assemblies and final systems.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and schedules with high accuracy.
• Document inspection records and NCRs in real time.
• Set up and operate measuring tools and test gear.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Optical, and Quality Engineers to improve processes.
• Maintain clean, safe, ESD-controlled workspace per 5S standards.
