You will read work instructions and wiring diagrams, mount PCBs to metal frames, install cables, and perform wire processing and inspections to meet IPC standards. Candidates should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in box-build or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read routing sheets, work instructions, and wiring diagrams written in English.
• Team-oriented and dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills to enter production data and view instructions on a shop-floor terminal.

Responsibilities

• Read work instructions and diagrams to determine assembly steps.
• Mount PCBs to metal chassis frames using hardware and hand tools.
• Install cables into PCBs and components, connecting across the box build.
• Twist, bend, trim, or strip wire leads with hand tools or automated equipment.
• Insert color-coded wires and clinch wire ends.
• Press-fit components and apply heat-shrink insulation to leads.
• Crimp wire leads using hand tools or clinch-and-cut equipment.
• Assemble PCBs, wiring, and parts into final products.
• Conduct visual inspections and rework to IPC quality standards.
