Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing hands-on electro-mechanical assembly.
• Experience with small, detailed assemblies.
• Able to work using a microscope.
• Ability to use hand tools and read measuring tools.
• Ability to perform mechanical/electrical testing on products.
• Certified soldering skills per J-STD/NASA a plus.
• Previous experience working in a Class 100,000 and Class 10,000 cleanroom a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member to complete the required work in each cell.
• Adhere to Quality Management System and all policies and procedures.
• Follow written instructions, travelers, and procedures when producing hardware.
• Adhere to environmental, health and safety guidelines and posted signs.
• Fill out production records and logs; log material traceability on travelers.
• Maintain positive attitude and continually strive to improve and learn.
• Assemble complex sub-assemblies and finished products using hand and automatic shop tools.
