Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in New Jersey is seeking an electro-mechanical assembler to join a diverse manufacturing team. You will assemble and wire complex equipment per blueprints and model prints, set up basic production machinery, and maintain parts inventory with SAP and Excel.

The role requires good communication, the ability to read schematics, and adherence to ISO quality standards. Overtime may be required and safety PPE must be used.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; read and identify proper components and color schemes.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and wires complex equipment per blueprints and model prints.
• Follows work cell procedures and drawings to build products.
• Sets up and operates basic production machines (engravers, presses, crimpers).
• Uses hand and power tools as required.
• Assembles harnesses.
• Monitors job status and material availability using SAP/Excel.
• May perform thru-hole PCB assembly.
• Performs duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Aims for ISO quality standards in the work area.
• Observes PPE use and 5S practices.
