Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an electro-mechanical assembler to build complex equipment per blueprints and model prints. You will set up and operate basic production machines, wire components, and adjust parts to meet close tolerances while following SAP schedules.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience, be able to read blueprints and schematics, and communicate effectively with team members. Some overtime may be required in this ISO environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; identify components and color schemes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and wire complex equipment following blueprints and model prints.
• Set up, operate, and maintain basic production machines (engravers, presses, crimpers, riveting).
• Follow SAP schedules and monitor component availability.
• Work overtime as required and maintain ISO quality standards.
• Adhere to 5S and promote a safe, organized work area.
