Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Use torque wrenches with correct methods and sequencing.
• Verify critical features with precision measuring instruments.
• Operate grinders, jitter bugs, drills, and other shop tools.
• Install thread inserts, keenserts, and various fasteners.
• Operate electro etchers, hydro test pumps, and vacuum pumps.
• Move materials safely with fork trucks and overhead cranes.
• Record accurate labor data in the IDC system.
• Follow current procedures in the Available Documents program.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and equipment cleanliness.
• Coordinate tasks and handoffs with supervisor and coworkers.
