Qualifications

• 3+ years electro-mechanical assembly experience with electronic components.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Proficient with basic hand tools, precision measuring tools, soldering or crimping tools where applicable.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components and sub-assemblies.
• Follow detailed work instructions and SOPs.
• Inspect components and assemblies for quality and defects; perform basic functional testing.
• Use calipers, gauges, and torque tools to verify dimensions.
• Maintain production logs and quality records.
• Maintain organized, safe work area per 5S and safety standards.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and coordinate with the production team.
