Job summary

TransMedics, Massachusetts, is seeking a hands-on assembler to work on Perfusion modules. Under general supervision, you will assemble mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies using standard manufacturing documentation and equipment.

You will help meet production targets while upholding safety and quality, collaborate with teammates, manage kanban stock, and participate in continuous improvement and basic troubleshooting under guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years in electro-mechanical assembly.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies.
• Use standard manufacturing documentation and equipment.
• Support production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
