Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years electro‑mechanical assembly in Medical Device or closely related field.
• Ability to master multiple workstations across both assembly and test production lines.
• Advanced reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Advanced computer navigation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics as necessary.
• Proven sound judgement, values driven, continuous innovation and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and provide packaging support for Medical Device Production Lines.
• Lead efforts to ensure product quality in the manufacturing process.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly and quality control inspections with timely execution.
• Utilize advanced manufacturing equipment and techniques when necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve documentation and process flows.
• Complete work according to quality standards and procedures.
• Identify defects and document them clearly when identified.
• Lead training of new operators.
• Work with technicians to identify and correct defects and error codes.
• Complete quality documentation accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
