Job summary

AAON, Inc. seeks a Panel Assembler for the BASX project to install electrical components into control cabinets and assemble panels per layout and schematics. You will lay out back panels, drill and tap mounting locations, and terminate wires for low and high voltage applications.

You will read ladder diagrams, verify parts, and assemble panels with power supplies, relays, and drives. The role requires reading prints, using hand tools safely, and working effectively in a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read electrical diagrams - strong preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to learn to operate assorted power and hand-tools safely.
Able to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

Read and understand electrical schematics (ladder diagrams) and mechanical layouts.
Position and layout panel with parts in specified relationship to each other in fixture or holding device.
Attach terminals and wiring to panel as directed by drawings and practices.
Install wire ducts, Din rails, and panel components including power supplies and relays.
Crimp, screw, bolt, or press-fit parts using hand tools and automation equipment.
