Job summary

Hansome Energy Systems in Linden, NJ, with relocation to East Windsor, NJ, is seeking an Electric Motor Assembler. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on high‑quality mechanical assembly of motors and related components for defense and industrial applications.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in mechanical assembly, or related trades, and strong attention to detail. The position requires reading engineering drawings, using precision tools, and maintaining high safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on assembly skills.
• 1–3 years of mechanical assembly or related trade experience.
• Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings and work instructions.
• Comfort with hand/power tools and precision measurement instruments.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to relocate from Linden to East Windsor during transition.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electric motors, stators and sub‑assemblies per drawings and specs.
• Perform mechanical fitting, bolting, wiring, insulation and winding as required.
• Use calipers, micrometers and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect parts for workmanship and conformance to quality requirements.
• Document production and inspection results clearly and accurately.
