Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years' experience or training, or equivalent
• Ability to pass DOT medical exam

Responsibilities

• Install drywall on walls and ceilings and secure panels to interior framework.
• Read blueprints and designs and prepare panels by sawing, drilling, or cutting holes for outlets, HVAC units, and plumbing.
• Use a lift to position ceiling panels and press paper tape into compound; apply multiple coats and sand between coats.
• Fill joints between panels and cover nail/screw holes with spackle.
