Job summary

Southeastern Site Development, Inc. is seeking experienced Dozer Operators for rough grade and finish grade work across the Southern Atlanta Metro Region, including Griffin, GA.

Projects involve mass grading, roadways, site development, and GPS-assisted grading with emphasis on safety and productivity. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of on-site heavy equipment experience, ability to read grade stakes, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a dozer
• Knowledge of grading, excavation, and earthmoving operations
• Ability to read grade stakes or site layout
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must have reliable transportation to jobsites within the area
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and maintain safety first

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers for rough and finish grade tasks per project plans
• Perform mass earthmoving, cut/fill, site prep, and grading with GPS when required
• Maintain grade accuracy and document daily equipment inspections
• Coordinate with survey crews and field supervision
• Follow safety policies and project requirements
• Assist with other construction activities as needed
