Job summary

Southeastern Site Development, Inc. is hiring experienced Dozer Operators for rough and finish grading on heavy civil infrastructure projects across coastal Georgia. The role involves grading, site preparation, and mass earthworks using GPS and various heavy equipment.

You will contribute to safe, high-quality, on-time project execution. Applicants should have at least 1 year of on-site heavy equipment experience, be able to read grade stakes, and lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating dozer.
• Reading grade stakes or understanding site layout.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Minimum of 1 year on-site heavy equipment experience.
• Reliable transportation to jobsites within the region.
• Strong safety focus and dependable work ethic.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozer for rough and finish grade tasks according to project plans.
• Read grade stakes and interpret site layouts to achieve design elevations.
• Coordinate with survey crews and field supervision to maintain grade accuracy.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety policies and work around utilities and active sites.
