Job summary

Ceco Door, part of the ASSA ABLOY group, in Milan, TN, is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to support our production line. You will operate a range of machinery, read blueprints, and ensure doors meet quality standards through precise gauging and assembly.

We require basic math, blueprint reading, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and cross-training are common; safety is a priority and we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, shop drawings and sketches.
• Good math, measurement and gauging skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to cross-train and work overtime when needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate power machinery (shear, roll, punch, form, robotics).
• Follow blueprints, routing tickets and shop drawings.
• Calculate gauging and set-ups; adjust as needed.
• Attach labels and identify parts as required.
• Move materials and maintain clean work area.
• Inspect quality and take corrective actions.
• Maintain safety and adhere to regulations; participate in safety programs.
