Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Linthicum, Maryland, seeks a Dimensional Calibration Technician to join the Calibration Services team. You will repair, calibrate and maintain high-precision M&TE and instrumentation, applying measurement science, physics and electronics to ensure accuracy.

You'll follow established procedures, document results meticulously, and work with internal customers and external vendors to meet lab and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Certificate in mechanical/dimensional metrology or similar certification.
• Three years’ experience in calibration of mechanical and dimensional measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations on M&TE and instrumentation.
• Maintain calibration standards and records.
• Interface with internal customers and external vendors on challenges.
