Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or maintenance experience.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments strongly preferred.
• Experience with folding machines or related equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot folder-gluer and related manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment adjustments.
• Monitor production quality and conduct in-process quality checks.
• Read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and measurements.
• Follow and document work according to GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols.
• Accurately complete production documentation and maintenance records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
