Job summary

UPLAND LABEL LLC is seeking a production operator to efficiently produce digital products and meet customer requirements. You will operate digital print and finishing equipment, manage files, and ensure on-time delivery with strong attention to quality.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment via preventive checklists, keeping a tidy facility, and providing excellent service to internal and external customers. Strong communication and mechanical aptitude are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating computer-controlled equipment.
• Experience in sign and label manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital print and finishing equipment efficiently producing quality products.
• Prioritize projects for on-time delivery with minimal supervision.
• Maintain equipment following preventive checklists.
• Housekeeping and physical appearance of the facility.
• Make it easy for internal and external customers to do business with you.
• Project positive and professional behavior/attitude in all areas associated with the production and delivery of Upland products to internal and external customers.
• Follow administrative procedures established for inter/intradepartmental interaction.
• Additional tasks/duties/special projects may be assigned, as necessary
