Job summary

Burloak Technologies is seeking a Deburring Technician to perform deburring, post-processing, and surface finishing on additively manufactured metal parts. You will inspect dimensions and surface quality, record results, and ensure readiness for the next manufacturing stage.

The role requires hands-on use of hand tools, blasters, vibratory finishers, and grinders, with a strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on deburring, polishing, grinding, and sanding with hand/power tools.
• Familiarity with post-processing of additively manufactured parts.

Responsibilities

• Deburring and post-processing of addititively manufactured metal components to meet specs.
• Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Document deburring activities and corrective actions per guidelines.
• Maintain and calibrate deburring tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Collaborate with CNC, 3D printing, and quality teams to improve processes.
