Responsibilities

• Process, organize, and prepare documents for data entry, including scanning, uploading, and digitizing files.
• Perform accurate alpha-numeric data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Receive, review, and organize application materials and relevant documents to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Sort, file, and distribute both physical and electronic documents in compliance with company and client standards.
• Verify documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to compliance requirements.
• Seamlessly upload and download information into digital systems.
• Assist with remittance processing and transaction review.
• Maintain high productivity levels while upholding quality standards throughout your shift.
