Responsibilities

• Deburr, clean, wash, and prepare cylinders and components for painting.
• Apply primers, epoxy paints, and CARC coatings using spray equipment.
• Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, rust, grease, and dirt.
• Mask and protect surfaces not to be painted.
• Mix paints to manufacturer specs and application requirements.
• Inspect painted cylinders and components for runs, sags, or unpainted areas.
• Perform cylinder testing as required.
