Job summary

Graphic Packaging International in Phoenixville, PA is seeking a Cutting Operator to lead the cutting process safely and efficiently.

You will operate sheet-fed cutting equipment such as Bobst models, ensure tooling is staged, perform basic maintenance, and keep time and materials records.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and a forklift license; willingness to work long shifts and overtime; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cutting process safely and efficiently.
• Operate cutting machinery such as Bobst 162 CER and similar equipment.
• Check job against approved size and style from customer or management.
• Ensure tooling for next job is staged and ready.
• Perform basic maintenance and lubrication on presses.
• Maintain time and material usage records (PEAK).
• Assist with make-ready and minor repairs as needed.
