Job summary

KDM is a full-service print and POP display company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeking a Cutting Operator to run a variety of cutting equipment. The role focuses on accuracy, quality control, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

The position requires reading job tickets, meeting QC tolerances, and supporting other departments as needed. High school diploma or GED is required; cutting-machine experience is preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Cutting machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill press, panel saw, table saw, radial arm saw, heat bender, die cutter, I-cut, guillotine cutter, sheeter, router, scoring table, drill table, and slitter.
• Complete pre- and post-cuts on material within tolerance levels.
• Read job tickets and interpret task requirements before starting.
• Cut each piece within QC requirements and inspect for quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean working area and organize materials.
• Adhere to productivity, SOP, safety, 6S, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties and assist in other departments as needed.
