Qualifications

• 1-2 years of similar job experience in a machine shop or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Knowledge in reading measurement tools such as a tape measure or caliper.
• Basic computer skills and/or comfort using a computer.
• Successful candidates will be enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program as part of onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage feedstock for fulfillment orders.
• Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders.
• Package material to customer requirements.
• Operate forklift to move material (Preferred not Required).
• Cut to precise size on cut-off saw or plate saw.
• Complete paperwork and work order confirmation for shipping/receiving.
