Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a grinder/machinist to grind open end wrench surfaces and load parts into fixtures. You will grind to print specifications and dress grinding wheels, while maintaining crush rolls and balancing wheels.

The role also covers setting up and initiating CNC programs. The position requires strong math skills, the ability to read complex drawings, and experience with precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to use advanced shop mathematics with drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret complex drawings and specifications.
• Operate and maintain grinding equipment and fixtures with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Grind open end wrench surface, load and unload parts to fixture.
• Grind open end to print specification.
• Change and dress grinding wheels and maintain crush rolls.
• Balance wheels and set ups, make changes and originate CNC programs.
