Job summary

TAT-Technologies Tulsa Site seeks skilled assemblers to build cores with high precision in a clean room environment. You’ll read blueprints and process sheets, use micrometers and calipers, and assemble delicate parts for brazing. Teamwork and attention to SOPs are essential.

Responsibilities include tool handling, defect inspection, and aligning assemblies to tight tolerances, with training shifts and overtime possible as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow SOPs.
• Mechanical ability with assembler experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• DOT/FAA requirements for pre-hire/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of basic hand tools to assemble cores.
• Read blueprints, process sheets, and schematics.
• Follow SOPs and operate measuring devices.
• Inspect parts and report defects to supervisor.
• Align, straighten, and press cores in fixtures for brazing.
• Maintain focus and work as part of a close-knit team.
