Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using micrometers, gauges, tape measures, or other precision measuring equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate conditioning equipment and perform finishing operations on refractory metal products.
• Inspect materials using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, gauges, and tape measures.
• Read and follow work orders, specifications, and production instructions to ensure product quality.
• Perform material handling, identification, and movement throughout the production process.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train on additional equipment and assist with other production activities as needed.
