Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and specs to determine formwork materials.
• Build, erect, install, and repair concrete forms and structures.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials for precise formwork.
• Construct forms for foundations, walls, columns, stairs, and more.
• Ensure alignment, leveling, and stability of forms.
• Install expansion joints and embedded items as specified.
• Strip formwork after concrete cures.
• Maintain tools and equipment for formwork work.
• Check formwork quality and compliance with specs.
• Apply curing compounds or finish concrete as needed.
• Collaborate with concrete pouring teams and other trades.
