Job summary

Dover Precision Components is seeking a skilled technician to disassemble, clean, repair and reassemble low and high pressure reciprocating equipment. You will use drawings and standards to guide repairs, document measurements, and ensure quality at each stage of the process.

Responsibilities include inspecting components, preparing documentation, and maintaining a safe work area while meeting delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3–4 years' experience with reciprocating compressor equipment exposure and component repair.

Responsibilities

• Reviews incoming repair work and gathers applicable documentation, tooling and equipment.
• Follows standards and procedures and documents data accurately during disassembly and repair.
• Operates tooling and equipment to process component repairs.
• Performs visual and dimensional inspections and records key data.
• Maintains a safe, clean shop environment and adheres to EPA and OSHA regulations.
