Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a manufacturing technician to accurately formulate production lots and operate mixing equipment in a controlled environment. You will weigh and mix chemicals according to specific formulas, calibrate related equipment, and ensure compliance with GDP and SOP requirements.

The role requires working in clean room conditions, knowledge of pH and oxygen adjustments for in-process testing, and the ability to lift heavy materials in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED is required.
• Experience working in manufacturing related industries is required.
• Ability to accurately weigh and measure chemicals in powder and liquid form.

Responsibilities

• Formulate production lots with accurate weighing and mixing.
• Set up, load, operate and monitor mixing equipment for product formulations.
• Weigh and mix exact chemical amounts according to formulas; verify product output.
