Qualifications

• Requires high school education or equivalent.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience in composite manufacturing.
• 5+ years for Composite Assembler III; composites background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manufacturing orders.
• Prepare, abrade and bond composites.
• Rivet assemblies.
• Follow safety and 5S standards.
• Train and mentor others at higher levels.
