AKG North America – Mebane, NC is seeking a Core Component Machine Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will operate, set up and maintain multiple machines, loading aluminum with hoists and ensuring quality fins/turbulators.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand detailed work orders in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to use basic math and measuring tools accurately.
• Attention to detail and steady hands for precision fins/turbulators.
• Experience as a machine operator in manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to work the designated shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and maintain various machines in Core Component Area.
• Load raw materials with chain hoist and unload as needed.
• Configure settings based on work orders and monitor multiple machines.
• Review quality of fins/turbulators and document results.
• Keep area clean and safe; perform basic preventative maintenance.
