Job summary

The role supports overtime and weekend shifts as needed. Required at least a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Using precision measuring instruments with accuracy.
• Following established procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate power tools to assemble components with precision and prevent defects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and bills of material.
• Meet quality specifications and production deadlines.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and support housekeeping.
• Show flexibility to learn multiple assembly stations.
• Available for overtime and weekend shifts as required.
