Qualifications

• Proven experience setting up and operating automatic cold header machines.
• Strong knowledge of shop math and manufacturing terminology.

• Experience with multiple dies and transfer systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic cold header machines
• Form and cut off coil stock for precision production
• Make machine adjustments to reduce stock size
• Adjust cold header machines with multiple tools and transfer fingers
• Utilize cut-off tools and multiple dies effectively
• Use common hand tools and read technical drawings
• Apply shop math and standard shop practices
• Monitor machine quality output by checking parts frequently
• Collaborate with Tool and Die Makers in development and production
