Qualifications

• English literacy and ability to complete written records daily
• Punctuality and reliable attendance essential
• Comfort operating production machinery in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in food, beverage, or coffee manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP or SQF requirements
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions
• Work in environments with moving machinery, coffee dust, noise, and varying temperatures

Responsibilities

• Operate the coffee bagging machine to fill bags to target weight
• Feed filled bags through vertical band sealer and verify seals are clean and complete
• Perform routine weight checks and seal integrity checks; correct drift
• Verify correct bag, label, lot code, and date code during runs
• Load film, labels, and packaging; make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Case pack, stack, and stage finished product for warehouse team
• Complete daily production and output records and sanitation records
• Follow GMPs, food defense practices, and safety rules; support SQF audits
