Job summary

Okie Staffing client is seeking a Wire Bending CNC Machine Operator to set up, program, operate, and maintain CNC wire bending equipment to produce quality wire-form components per customer specifications and engineering drawings.

This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers a Monday–Friday schedule 7am–4pm with overtime as needed; pay ranges from $18–$23 per hour depending on experience, with potential benefits after permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring tools and inspection techniques.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC wire bending machines to manufacture wire forms and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders
• Load wire material and tooling according to setup requirements.
• Make machine adjustments to ensure products meet dimensional and quality standards.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and templates.
• Monitor machine performance and production output throughout the shift.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and programming issues to reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime records.
