Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC bending machines is preferred.
• Proficient at reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Detail-oriented with precision-focused fabrication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
• Familiarity with cutting, welding, and assembly is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical fabrication training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate the CNC VB-80 Bender to bend metal per specs.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints for accurate forming.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure reliability.
• Inspect finished parts to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Cross-train in cutting, welding, and assembly to support production.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain an organized work area.
