Voss Manufacturing in New York (Walmore) is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator/Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our precision metal fabrication team. You will set up and operate CNC press brakes and related equipment to produce high-precision metal parts, following blueprints and GD&T specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in quality inspection or related role.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Knowledge of GD&T and metrology equipment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards; auditing a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs according to work orders and drawings; ensure parts meet tolerances.
• Operate and switch between fabrication equipment as needed.
• Read blueprints and follow GD&T specs to produce parts within tolerances.
• Maintain quality reports and follow work order instructions.
• Support routine machine maintenance and cleanliness of the workspace.
