Qualifications

• - Must be a U.S. Citizen
• - High school diploma or GED
• - 5–10+ years of CNC press brake or similar forming experience
• - Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• - Ability to run complex parts independently
• - Bend deduction and bend allowance knowledge
• - Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail
• - Proficient with basic MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• - Operate and maintain CNC press brake equipment for precision forming
• - Upload and run NC files, adjust machine settings
• - Read engineering drawings and determine bend sequences
• - Set up tooling, materials, and machine configurations
• - Produce parts to tight tolerances with high quality
• - Inspect parts with precision measuring tools for conformance
• - Troubleshoot issues and adjust for accuracy and efficiency
• - Document non-conforming parts and support QC processes
• - Maintain production schedules and timelines
• - Follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment
• - Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
• - Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area
