Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience operating CNC press brake or similar forming equipment.
• Proven ability to run complex parts independently.
• Strong understanding of bend deduction, bend allowance, and material behavior.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC press brake equipment for precision forming.
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and determine proper bend sequences.
• Produce parts to tight tolerances while maintaining high quality standards.
• Troubleshoot forming issues and make real-time adjustments.
