Job summary

This role requires precision, the ability to read blueprints, select tooling, and perform accurate measurements. You will work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment, with overtime as needed, and you’ll contribute to

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brake machines in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and shop drawings.
• Understanding of tooling, bend allowances, and metal properties.
• Ability to perform accurate measurements and basic math.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machinery to bend and form metal components per drawings.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machine settings.
• Select and install appropriate tooling for each job and manage changeovers.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with calipers, protractors, tape measures, squares.
• Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety standards.
• Document production data and maintain records.
