Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; additional CNC training is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year as a Machine Operator or CNC Operator in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload CNC equipment; monitor production cycles for efficiency.
• Inspect and deburr finished parts to meet quality standards.
• Perform basic machine operation and assist with maintenance and lubrication.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure conformance to specs.
• Follow all safety policies and production schedules.
