ModularMission Critical at M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision metal components per engineering drawings. The role requires reading blueprints, attention to detail, and strict safety adherence.

You will load and unload materials, monitor operations, adjust for quality, perform maintenance, and inspect parts using measuring tools in a fast-growing on-site facility near Richmond, VA. 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to process metal parts per design specifications.
• Load and unload materials using hoists or manually.
• Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot common issues.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
