Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision parts in accordance with drawings, calibrations, and quality standards.

Collaborate with engineers, monitor machining processes, interpret blueprints, perform routine maintenance, and conduct part inspections with calipers and gauges to ensure tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery operations and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines for the fabrication of precision parts.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
• Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including timing, quantities, and completed work.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
